Chris Baiocchi has worked in the nonprofit space for 25 years as a communicator, fundraiser, and leader. He’s led annual giving campaigns, planned special events, written grants, and helped fundraisers and nonprofit professionals find joy, innovation, and passion in their work.

Chris is the founder and CEO of Resolute Philanthropy – a consulting firm that provides nonprofit leaders with the tools and resources they need to thrive – because a kinder, safer, healthier world needs engaged and effective nonprofits.

Chris has worked alongside organizations such as Oasis Youth Shelter, Gig Harbor Waterfront Alliance, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, and St. Joseph Hospital. He holds a master’s in organizational leadership from Brandman University and a bachelor’s in English/journalism from Chapman University.

Chris and his family live in Tacoma, Washington. He is an active reader, an occasional cook, and loves bow ties, icebreakers, and heated arguments about the best sci-fi franchise.

Madison Kautman joined the GiveSmart team over four years ago and is a fundraising professional with over eight years of experience working with nonprofits. Before her time with GiveSmart, Madison worked with numerous nonprofit organizations, including art galleries, art museums, children’s museums, and healthcare clinics. Through her nonprofit work, she spent about two years as a GiveSmart customer and has extensive experience utilizing the platform to facilitate events and fundraisers.

At her core, Madison is someone who loves to work for a mission that makes a measurable impact. In her current role, she is passionate about helping nonprofits and providing them with the resources they need to continue impacting our communities every day.
