Steve had been in the Nonprofit SaaS space for 10 years. Prior to being acquired by Momentive Software in November of 2017 led the GTM function at Gesture. As General Manager of Givesmart, Steve is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the business unit. Steve directly manages the Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support teams. He also oversees product prioritization and strategic initiatives as they relate to GiveSmart, and is part of the NonProfit leadership team.
Steve is actively involved in his hometown of Glen Ellyn, IL with The Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare Society, where he helps with their fundraising initiatives. Steve is married with two daughters and his dog tedding. He spends his free time working out, playing golf, paddle tennis, and cooking.

Deedee De La Cruz is a seasoned marketing leader with 12 years of experience, specializing in the nonprofit sector. She has worked at various nonprofits, served on nonprofit boards in Austin, and volunteered with organizations like Make-A-Wish. She has spearheaded marketing programs, fundraising, and developed business partnerships to support organizational growth for an Austin, TX nonprofit. She has also held roles as Marketing and Development Chair and President of the Board for a local nonprofit in Austin. Currently, she is the Director of Marketing for Nonprofit Solutions at Momentive Software, overseeing the MIP and GiveSmart brands.
