On-site staff

For Standard and Premium package customers, GiveSmart staff will be onsite event day to work with your team and volunteers at check-in and checkout. Our staff also provides bidding assistance to guests and act as spotters during live auctions and paddles raises.


Site administrators can contact our support team through phone, email, or chat for before, during, and post events. Working on your site late at night and need troubleshooting tips? The Knowledge Base is available 24/7. Talk to your GiveSmart representative to discuss working with one point of contact as part of our Premium Package.
