Onsite Event Support: GiveSmart’s Smart Partners Program

GiveSmart is the award-winning fundraising and donor management system that has fueled $5.7 billion in fundraising. Our experts have designed, developed, and refreshed our platform to bring our customers the best technology features to power their missions. We have expert support and services teams who drive growth and success through training, encouragement, and troubleshooting.   

We know the pressure your special events team is under during your galas, golf outings, and other campaigns. GiveSmart offers live remote support, but some customers are looking for more.  

GiveSmart now offers onsite event support primarily through our Smart Partners program. With nearly eight in 10 GiveSmart customers planning in-person events in 2023, we also know onsite staffing can provide reassurance and support so your organization can do what you do best—wowing your donors and stewarding relationships. 

Our Smart Partners Program provides you with our vetted and trusted partners that can help provide best-in-class, onsite GiveSmart support for those organizations that want it. Current Smart Partners include Ace the Event, GOAT Events, and LIFE Event Staffing. Combined, they ran onsite support for approximately 750 GiveSmart customer events in the pilot year.  

All Smart Partners have undergone the Smart Certification process, ensuring only the best are selected. They receive expert-level and ongoing product training and must annually demonstrate competency with the GiveSmart platform before becoming a certified Smart Partner. Your Smart Partner can run guest registration, send text messages, manage incoming donations, help with silent auction bids, reconcile the auction, process payments, and more. 

Smart Partners are the only on-site, certified service providers who receive GiveSmart training and regular updates from GiveSmart. We cannot wait to make connections to our Smart Partners for your organization.
