Eric Newman serves as Director of Event Operations for GiveSmart by Community Brands. In this role, he coordinates mobile fundraising technology and service for thousands of campaigns and events each year. Before joining GiveSmart, Eric worked with philanthropy-funded programs at a major university where he developed a passion for connecting generous people with world-changing missions. He is continually involved with the causes of improving higher education, providing global access to clean water, and deepening Christian ministry. Eric, his wife Kaitlyn, and their 7-month-old daughter Audrey, live in Houston, TX.
Dianne Kleber
VP of Sales, GiveSmart
Dianne is the VP of Sales at GiveSmart by Community Brands, a fundraising technology and event management company. Dianne has always enjoyed being involved with fundraising events. In fact, she found GiveSmart by Community Brands while she was the co-chair of a large gala for a Chicago independent high school and joined the team. As a volunteer, Dianne sits on the board of Abide In Me, a nonprofit organization supporting adults with disabilities, she is an outreach volunteer for JDRF, and has served on the AFP Chicago Awards Luncheon Committee.

Maureen is the VP of Marketing for Associations and Nonprofit Brands under Community Brands. Maureen is a leader in the B2B marketing space and brings 30+ years of experience across sales, marketing, client services, and growth strategy. Whether at home or abroad, Maureen is committed to disrupting processes and mindsets to keep all moving forward. She believes that transformation is the way out; humans first, supported by a healthy digital infrastructure. Maureen currently resides in Chicago, though she’s often popping across the pond to visit her two daughters in the U.K. It’s important that her fridge is always stocked with cold-brewed tea.
