JVS LA wanted to integrate mobile-friendly solutions to boost donations and increase engagement across their fundraising and communication channels. 


JVS showcased mobile pledges on their [GiveSmart] fundraising thermometer at live events and created a mobile-responsive website with a prominent donate button and customized online donation form to establish a mobile-friendly approach. In addition, they were also able to build a list of mobile subscribers from their donor records to send text message reminders with updates about their advocacy opportunities to donors and supporters. 


Each channel makes it easy for JVS LA donors and supporters to securely give and participate with a few taps or clicks from a smartphone, tablet, or PC. So far, JVS LA has collected $93,000 from 410 donors through [GiveSmart]. The organization has also engaged with 3,200 subscribers through text message updates.
