Onsite event help is exclusively provided by our certified Smart Partners. The Smart Partners Program provides you with vetted, trusted staff who can help provide best-in-class, onsite GiveSmart support for those organizations that want it.
All Smart Partners have undergone the Smart Certification process, ensuring a highly qualified team to support your event. They receive expert-level and ongoing product training and must annually demonstrate competency with the GiveSmart platform before becoming a certified Smart Partner.
Your Smart Partner will be in the room with you to execute guest registration, send text messages, manage incoming donations, help with silent auction bids, reconcile the auction, process payments, and more.
