BUT… all that changed when I met Brittany Palenski of GiveSmart! We met at the location of our event and she walked me through every aspect of mobile bidding. They created excitement for even the non-techy flip phone users (yes, there are some still around), they allowed bidding from remote locations for people who could not attend our event, they eliminated lines at check-in and checkout and we believe, their involvement contributed to our more than doubling our silent auction profit from previous years.
