An Evening Of Elegance

On behalf of the entire An Evening of Elegance planning committee we would like to say thank you to David Snieg, Jas Hurd, Erin Phillips and the entire staff of GiveSmart for making our first online auction very successful and the transition to online auctions completely seamless.

With change there is always hesitation and uncertainty. David always had answers to our countless questions and was very calming and reassuring throughout. Erin was wonderful; she set up a conference call and walked us through every step of the process to get our auction online. She answered all of our questions without us even needing to ask them.

The day of the event was flawless. Jas Hurd oversaw our event and went above and beyond to make our first online auction a success. He spent time talking to the committee before the event, meeting with the volunteers and always being available if we needed anything. The GiveSmart staff did a great job of introducing the service to our guests and walking them through the registration process.

The auction is a critical part of our charity event and our first auction with GiveSmart was an overwhelming success. The guests appreciated the capabilities that the GiveSmart solution provided and the ease of the checkout process and payment processing. We cannot imagine another event without a GiveSmart online auction.
