The Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Cincinnati invested in a mobile bidding program for the first time this year at our spring benefit, The Art of Making Memories, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience!

Andy was extremely thorough in his sales presentation and his professionalism was the main reason we selected GiveSmart over the competition. Once we signed on, Andy continued to follow up to ensure we were receiving the service we expected. I was pleasantly surprised when he even flew in to attend the event!

Caitie, our Event Production Manager, was extremely helpful and patient. Since I do not have a tech background, I was apprehensive about this move, but with Caitie’s help the process could not have gone more smoothly.

The evening of our event, Lauren and her support team were amazing!

I felt the mobile bidding program elevated our image to the attendees with its uniform auction display bid sheets, user-friendly program and professional staff from GiveSmart. It was so exciting to be able to see, in real time, that we had surpassed our revenue goal from the previous year only three items into the live auction! It was wonderful to have captured the guests’ contact and credit card information and not have to track down payments for weeks after the benefit. The reporting was easy to use and reconciliation was much smoother than previous years.

I told Andy I’d be happy to do a commercial for GiveSmart mobile bidding. It was just that easy!
