Dan is one of approximately 300 Benefit Auction Specialists, a certification that identifies those auctioneers who specialize in all aspects of fundraising. Dan has served hundreds of nonprofits, and helped raise over $250 million over his career for various causes and schools.

Raising Paddles is one of the largest fundraising teams in the United States, helping 300 nonprofits raise more than $80 million annually. Raising Paddles primarily serves the Midwest, but also supports key clients around the country. Raising Paddles provides educational workshops throughout the year in various cities providing subject matter expertise on fundraising events. In addition, Raising Paddles is a consulting firm that provides year-round consulting to clients on board training, capital campaigns, event planning, and donor development strategies.

Madison Kautman is the Senior Campaign Manager for GiveSmart and a fundraising professional with a passion for the arts and culture sector. Before joining the GiveSmart team, Madison worked within many nonprofit organizations including art galleries, art museums, children’s museums, and a healthcare clinic.
