How It Works:
Our registration process starts long before your event date, when we import your donor information into our system and merge that with any ticket sales data. This allows us to identify VIP guests and assign tables in advance.
On the night of your event, we greet guests with our handy check-in app. With their info at our fingertips, we can register guests for your auction or pledge drive, give them a bidding ID, and direct them to their table. Plus, we offer them the convenience of pre-authorizing a credit card to pay for any auction items or donations.
At your end, you can see in real time how many guests have checked in and when your VIPs arrive on your dashboard.
