Guests are able to browse a full colour digital brochure of your auction prizes and experiences in detail. Our high-end Tablet Bidding technology is intuitive and easy for all ages and allows those without a mobile phone to take part in your fundraising.
Get the best of both worlds with our mobile and tablet bidding package - this option caters to all of your supporters and ensures that they are engaged on every level – whatever their bidding preference. The two bidding options compliment each other perfectly, guests can register on the iPads and then receive personalised messages to their mobile phones.
If you want your fundraising to continue year-round this is the option for you. We create a centralised website that combines all of your fundraising activity in one place, allowing you to take donations 365 days a year. From helping guests find their tables to spotting winners, we’re always working to enhance your affair. To encourage bidding, we actively engage guests—building rapport with older donors or anyone who may be hesitant about using technology. If that doesn’t work, we’re happy to assist as “personal shoppers.”
As part of our Auction Service, using our unique application, BidPad, our staff are able to place bids or donations on behalf of donors ensuring everyone in the room participate fully at the event.
